1. Made-to-Order Model

Our products are made to order, and production begins once your purchase is completed. This approach ensures minimal waste and aligns with our slow and sustainable fashion philosophy. As a result:

• All orders are final and cannot be canceled once production has started.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of defective items (see Return Policy).

2. Processing and Shipping

Production timelines vary depending on the product and demand. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control.

3. Quality Guarantee

If an item arrives with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. Proof of defect (e.g., photographs) is required to process your request.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs and content on this site are the intellectual property of Jesus On Trend. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or delays caused by third-party carriers.
