We are a small, minority business operating on a made-to-order model. This means we do not hold inventory and partner with production facilities to create each product as it is ordered. We chose this approach to align with our commitment to slow and sustainable fashion, reducing waste and environmental impact.

As part of this commitment:

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects.

• Quality Guarantee: If a product you order arrives with a defect in embroidery, printing, or construction, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect, and our team will assist you.
